Thank you for choosing Edibar Systems, Inc. (ESI) as your guide through the Ford Label Certification process, we appreciate your business. Certifying your Ford labels is an important and easy part of being a Ford supplier. Our Label Certification Group will carefully examine each label you submit and evaluate approval according to Ford’s Label Specifications.

Important information you must know

The $50 testing fee includes one container, mixed, master label and mixed-master label. Any additional labels after that will be $5 each.
The initial fee, including per label charges, also includes one re-submission should any of your labels be marked “Changes Required”. Any further submissions will be treated as a new certification request.
Fee for Certification must be paid by credit card or check when the labels are submitted. If paying by check you must include your FedEx/UPS account number.
You must print and fill out the Ford Label Certification Form (attached document) for EACH label being submitted.

Once the testing process is completed you will receive each of your labels back including a checklist stamped Approved or Changes Required.
